PETA8118 series AIC SSDs are based on Pentium Storage's self-developed Titanium-DC controller and self-developed firmware and modules, which can provide up to 8TB of SSD capacity (16TB is under testing and will be available soon). It supports X2, X3, X4, etc., the latest particles from CKGSB, and a variety of external particles. the low-power design architecture of the Titanium-DC controller and the firmware's power optimization algorithm for NAND ensures that the maximum power consumption is less than 12W under the maximum capacity and full-speed operation. the PETA8118 series of AIC SSDs have a high degree of consistency with different queue depths and different mixed workloads. The PETA8118 series AIC SSDs have highly consistent read latency under mixed workloads with different queue depths, making them ideal for the most stringent requirements of hyperscale data centers.
The Pentium AIC SSD series is now shipping in mass production and has a larger heat dissipation area than regular SSDs to further improve heat dissipation performance. The AIC SSDs can be directly inserted into the PCle slot on the motherboard, which saves space and eliminates the need for connecting data cables, resulting in significant cost savings. At the same time, AIC SSD has high reliability, using advanced error correction algorithms to protect the integrity of the data, support for power-down protection, service life of about 5 years. Pentium AIC SSDs are suitable for scenarios with extremely high requirements for data transfer speed, storage performance and reliability, such as high-performance computing, data centers, server vendors, cloud computing and artificial intelligence.
